If you really want a lethal workout, you have to be in a boot camp training practice. These workouts are called boot camps because they mock the workouts that soldiers go through prior to being accepted into the military. In boot camp, the challenge is to push yourself to the limit. Many training programs for camps are already sold on the internet and around the world.
All you have to do is turn it on and you can have your own home camp session at home. Of course, you can also visit the local gym, as fitness centers like Southern Fit also offer boot camp training sessions. Home camp workouts are a combination of gymnastics, jumping jacks, push-ups, and other weight training.
You go from one exercise to the next without resting. The only rest you get is likely to be jogging in place. They are very effective and efficient because they train the whole body consistently. You usually don't need any exercise equipment either. First, warm up 5 to 10 minutes for light cardio (stretching, walking, and jogging in place, etc.).
And then do at least ten exercises for about a minute, and then another 5-10 minutes warm-up. Sometimes the exercise is repeated 2 or 3 more times for a longer workout, with 5 to 10 minutes of warm-up between each session. It is also highly recommended that you drink water during the session to keep you hydrated.
